Since I joined this Weight Loss Journey, I have been on the war path especially targeting the Fast Food Vomitoriums that have EXPLODED across our landscape over the last half century.

Curiously enough – just about the same time that our National Waist lines have turned into Waste Lines.

But why not explore what John Robbins has to say about the subject.

After all, his family made a FORTUNE in the business.

But then again, why bother?

We’re all going to die anyway?

I’d rather live a MUCH LONGER life free of disease than eat the POISONS being offered by our “FOOD INDUSTRY“.

If you want to eat REAL FOOD in moderation, well, that’s a prescription for SUCCESS!

If you think that eating POISON in moderation is ok – then I am predicting FAILURE for you.

Jeff’s Friday Morning Weigh In Results

and EVERY Friday morning I will post my results for the World to see.

Even if I’m UP or SIDEWAYS or DOWN.

You see, I’m simply retracing the same path that I had been on and I don’t feel very “successful”. In fact, I feel like an IDIOT for venturing off the reservation.

So it is with gritted teeth that I march through my return engagement and recapture the lost weight loss territory that I had once conquered.

What is Success in Weight Loss?

Well, it isn’t EMACIATION but that is what I “achieved” months ago.

I have been part of this Wild Wacky Weight Loss Journey for about 2 1/2 years now. I was the “Uber Weight Loss King” for quite some time. I lost a HUGE amount of weight and it was steady, disciplined, and regular.

Guess What?

I achieved emaciation.

No kidding.

I realized many, many months ago that I was losing far too much weight much too quickly. I completely revamped my approach to include much more protein and a more complete nutritional balanced approach. I also realized that in doing so that I would abandon the title of “Uber Weight Loss King” but it is important for all of us to understand that this is NOT A CONTEST!

I guess I had to remind myself of that. What is of upmost importance is achieving and sustaining increased health. The long term success of this weight loss is measured by the scale AND all of the other measures of health. The bath room scale is merely one measure out of many that is important.

So is Jeff still emaciated?

Nope – you can tell in my face. I have much better color and “fullness”.

Am I “fat” looking?

No, I look more “normal” than I did months ago.

Am I eating junk food?

NOPE!

I am merely eating more real food and trying to sustain this weight loss with EXCELLENT health.
